Yes — the minimum age to rent is 18.
Drivers under 25 can still rent with us by purchasing our Underage Driver Insurance Package for $175. This package covers you for 30 days and is tied to one specific vehicle — you can rent that same car multiple times during the 30 days, no extra underage fee needed.
If you're over 25, no additional fee is required.
If the battery dies, don’t worry — just contact us right away.
If it’s a mechanical issue (like a bad battery), we’ll send assistance or swap the vehicle as soon as possible.
If the battery dies due to lights or electronics being left on, the renter may be responsible for a jump-start or service fee.
In either case, we’re here to help — give us a call and we’ll get you back on the road quickly.
You can return the vehicle before your rental period ends, but please note:
We do not issue refunds for unused days.
Rental bookings are non-transferable — you cannot transfer the remainder of your booking to another driver or party.
If your plans change, let us know — we’ll work with you as best we can.
If you experience a flat tire or blowout, please contact us right away.
Minor flats (like a nail or slow leak) are the renter’s responsibility and can usually be repaired at a local tire shop.
Major blowouts or sidewall damage will be assessed by our team. If it's due to road conditions or wear, we’ll work with you on a solution.
Driving on a flat and causing rim or tire damage may result in additional charges.
